I ordered an Ice Bucket on their site and it stated "In Stock". 2 days later I get an email stating they are working on sourcing the item and will get back to me when it can ship. They already charged my card, but can't tell me positively when they'll have the part.
I cancelled my order.
I have not received my $10 part that I paid another $10 to receive sooner. I placed my order on July 21 and as of today, August 10, no spring. My mower will not run without the clutch return spring.

Correct parts delivery right on time would definitely use again
My condenser fan stopped working. Partselect had the fan in stock, shipped it in a few days and supplied links on how to replace. The fan was priced right. Could not ask for anything more.
The part arrived in a timely manner and corrected my ice maker's problem.
It was fast to get my part and it was the correct thing I needed.
Easy to use web site. Easy to find the right parts with their exploded views. Fast shipping. They are my go to source for appliance parts.
Order came quickly. Loved the video to show how to install part on dishwasher and it worked. Saved time and money doing it myself.
Dishwasher racks were worn and rusty. Easy to find replacements on website by Frigidaire Model number.
I received very quickly- 5 days- and exactly what I needed! They have everything in case I need another part.
My entire experience with PartsSelect was impressive! I was able to find my washing machine, determine the issue, order the part and then watch a step-by-step video exactly how to repair my machine! They will be my first stop for any home appliance repair needs for sure every time!
Everything was perfect- from speaking to customer service agent who helped me order the right part, to receiving my item quickly. Thank you!

You can not. They have no customer service to speak of. They never answer phone or reply to emails. I bought a part. They sent the wrong part now I am stuck with it

Parts select is a legitimate company that I plan to use again if I need an appliance part. However, I hope I do not need to order parts again for some time.
